We have decided to offer LP Deluxe Moment - "Moment" & L P Impress Me Honey - "Tanny" for sale. The only reason that they are for sale is because of having to cut back. Here's your chance to own one of the last pieces of Impressionist's Legacy. These mare are bred and due to foal in mid February. Moment is bred to Awesome Andy and Tanny is bred to Heza Rockfella. They are being sold as brood mares only because they are not broke to ride. They are healthy and sane so there isn't any reason that they couldn't be broke to ride if you wanted. They are both easy to breed, easy to foal out and handle. You can breed them either for Halter or Performance and end up with a champion.

Woodstock She Rocks - November '09

Maggie/Coco, Susan Murff & Kenny Hall did a great job at the 2009 APHA Fall World Show in Texas. There were at least 24 tough yearling mares in each class...

Hey!

...Just wanted to share some photos from the World Show. We were 14th in
Amateur and 15th in open. She got her name called and we got "off the wall"
both classes and got big blue "finalist ribbons". I was thrilled. Would have
liked more but she is just a little short. I am going to keep her and
continue to show her and love her. She is really incredible! Hopefully you
got to see it online. They announced the breeders name etc when she was
called!

I was approached by several people to buy her. And by even more that thought
she should have placed higher. I think one of the biggest compliments came
from Fred Tabor. He said she was "hand carved" and that "if she was a couple
of inches taller, that everyone in the class would be wondering who would be
placing second under her"!!!...

LP Critical Heir - September '09

Spud/Prince has a new home! He was Amy McElroy's, Meridian ID, birthday gift. They have big plans for the future and we wish them all the luck and skills needed.

Woodstock She Rocks - June '09

Maggie/Coco & Kenny Hall earned 9th place at the PtHA World Show in Oklahoma. This was a very tough class so we are happy with where she placed.

Doc White - June '09

We are having a Memorial service for Doc on June 21st at the St. Maries Fairgrounds. Come celebrate Doc's life with us at a Potluck BBQ and live music. The meat will be supplied. Please bring a side dish and your own beverage. We'll have a toast to Doc.

It will get started at 1:30 pm with a police escort thru town. Kenny Moore will lead Doc's mules thru town down to the Fairgrounds. This will be the most important pack trip of their lives and they've been on too many to count including packing out Neta's once in a lifetime moose! If you can't make it watch the escort, Kenny and the mules should be down to the Fairgrounds by 2 pm and we'll get things going then.

Woodstock She Rocks - June '09

Maggie/Coco and Susan Murff are LEADING THE NATION IN YEARLING HALTER MARES!!!!! Woooohooooo!! We are all very excited about this accomplishment. Keep up the great work girls! This is the 1st time that a horse raised at Lone Pine Paints has earned this title. Needless to say Neta is very ecstatic!

Doc White - April 13, '09

It is a sad day today as we lost someone very near and dear to our hearts. Robert L. White DVM aka Doc passed away at the family home with Neta by his side. He has left some pretty big shoes to fill and we're just now really figuring out how big they really are.

He was the type of person who would do whatever he could to help anybody in need. Every year you could find him down at the fairgrounds helping the 4-H kids with their livestock. As a vet you could call on him anytime of the day or night and he'd come running, usually dragging along Neta, his wife, to help with whatever the emergency was big or small. As a friend you could also call on him anytime and he'd be there for you. Whether it was to comfort you and/or tell you a story of a different time that would always bring a smile to your face.

Doc you have carved a spot into so many peoples lives and hearts that you will never be forgotten but greatly missed.

Maggie/Coco has received both her Amateur and Open ROM's at the Houston Livestock Show on March 18th! Watch out for Maggie/Coco and Susan Murff as they continue to show throughout the summer.

Heavens Impressed (2005 gelding out of LP Deluxe Moment)

Here is a letter that was sent to my sister Carey who raised and sold Spanky/Frankey to his current owner.

Hi Carey,
This is Emily with Frankey (aka spanky). I just wanted to let you know he is doing super!! we've been winning a lot in the english 14 & under novice at the blue ribbon shows and are doing pretty well at paint, considering we're both novice. I attached a picture of him and i in our first showmanship class. we took a 6th out of 7. He is also doing really well in halter! at the last paint show we took a 1st and 7th out of 12 horses in the youth geldings class, and at the last blue ribbon show he got a first and second in halter and reserve and champion in halter. Needless to say, he is an awesome horse and i love him to death!!!

Jordan, Moment & Tanny - March 29th, 2009

Believe it or not! All three mares ovulated on the same day. Jordan is bred to Conclusive Mister, Moment is bred to Awesome Andy & Tanny is bred to Heza Rockafella. They are all due on February 19th, 2010. How often does that happen?!?!?!

Tia - March 15, 2009

LP Heavenly Moment - "Tia" has been confirmed in foal!!! Yippee! She is bred to Inconclusive Dream - "Jordan" a minimal white bay overo who is 16 hh. He has produced a PtHA World Champion and his foals have also received APHA Halter Superior, & over 75 Halter points. Jordan is an APHA Open Honor Roll Aged Halter Stallion. You can see more of Jordan at G Force Ranch in Texas. She is due February 4th, 2010

This foal will be eligible for the NWSSA 2010 Futurity, Breeders Trust Futurity Silver & more to come.

Spud - March 13, 2009

Spud has been taken to SHH Stables in Kuna, ID to start his Western Pleasure training with Kade Atwood. You can contact Kade at 208-447-6032 for more information and updates. Spud will continue his training and will be shown until sold. His price will go up as he receives more training.

Maggie/Coco & Susan Murff

Maggie/Coco & Susan have started the year off great. They are in the top of their classes against some very tough competition. Keep up the great work you two! You definitely have a cheering section in North Idaho.

Jordan - November 2008

Jordan has received her Open ROM in Halter in only 4 shows! She also produced this year's Reserve Champion Slot Weanling Mares, Top 5 Open Weanling Mares & Top 10 Amateur Weanling Mares filly at the Fall Championship Show in November. Her filly has also went on to win some of the biggest Futurities in the Mid-West and Eastern States.

Maggie - Nov 8-10th

Maggie had an awesome weekend at the 2008 APHA Fall Championship Show. Out of 19 entries in the Weanling Mares Slot Class, Maggie received $6,720.00 and Reserve Grand Champion. She also received 9th place out of over 25 entries in her Amateur Weanling Mares class, 5th place out of 25 entries in Open Weanling Mares class, and 5th place, earning $255.00, out of 14 entries in Open Weanling Mares Breeders Trust class.

Indy - May 26th

Indy is now home from the trainers. When we pulled up to pick him up he was being ridden by the trainer working a mule that had just started training. When asked he pulled the mule around after the rope had been dallied around the saddle horn. Later the trainer roped a 55 gallon metal barrel while on his back & dallied the rope. He then proceeded to knock the barrel over and drag it around the arena at a walk and trot without so much as a flicker of the ear. After the barrel he was asked to walk around different things and walked over a piece of old tin without batting an eye. The trainers' 3 kids rode him out in the mountains gathering cattle. The only problem that we seemed to have with all of this is that no one thought to bring the video camera! This could be your next youth &/or trail class horse!

Indy - May 13th

Indy is doing a wonderful job with the trainer. So much so that he requested that Indy be left there for more than the original 30 days. He will be coming home in the next couple weeks and we can 't wait to see how well he's doing. If you are interested in a western pleasure/youth prospect please contact us.

Maggie - May 12th

Maggie has arrived at her new home with Larry and has settled in like she's always been there. The hauler said that she traveled like a pro. For a filly that had a lot thrown at her all at once she didn't get her feathers ruffled at all.

Maggie - May 8th

Larry Morse has bought Maggie and she is going to Indiana. He has big plans for this special girl...to go to the WORLD!!!!! Stay tuned for more info as it comes in. We plan on attending the Fall World Show & to have front row seats as Maggie enters the ring. Thank you Larry for believing in our horses!

Indy - March 29th

Indy is currently at the trainer in Southern Idaho for his 1st 30 days. He's is doing great. He was being ridden at the lope with only a saddle and halter within a few hours of arriving. Stay tuned for more updates on his training. If you're interested in buying this wonderful gelding please contact Sheryl Boller! His price will go up when he gets regular papers and after his time with the trainer.
